We will teach you the technical knowledge needed for this job, although basic computer skills (Windows, internet, word processing, ect.) are necessary.

The key to being successful in this position is an outgoing, extroverted personality with a drive to succeed, who enjoys meeting and talking with people, being involved in local industry organizations, pursuing new contacts, giving presentations, and a can-do attitude. Good writing and grammer are also necessary for preparing bids and proposals.

It takes some time to establish yourself in this industry, so expect to earn the minimum ($35,000) for at least 4-6 months, but if you driven and aggressive, and meet the above requirements, you could be making $70K+ after 1-2 years.
