Account Manager / Sales Manager

GPS Insight is an extremely high growth company, with an exciting, high-tech GPS solution for fleet based companies.  We have enjoyed tremendous success selling our product to a wide range of clients in many industries.  We seek a seasoned and highly technical Sales and Support manager who can assist with our significant recent sales and inquiry volume.

 

Job Description:

* This position will report directly to the President, and will involve managing existing accounts, building new relationships from inbound inquiries, and managing the sales process for a small call center using only warm leads.  There is potential for managing the outside sales organization as it is grown over the next year.

 

Duties:

* Work with existing customers to ensure their needs are taken care of, and they continue to use and purchase more of our GPS Tracking devices.

 

* Maintain and follow up on potential customer base, using high-tech CRM and web analysis tools, customized for our company.

 

* Monitor and ensure that our customer inquiries, either sales or support, are taken care of by the appropriate sales or support teams.

 

* Assist the President with his high-target, internally generated sales prospects, to ensure they are kept up to date, and help to close large opportunities.

* Work to procure and distribute qualified leads through web analysis tools, an on-site outbound telemarketing staff, and personal interaction with leads and inside salespeople.


Skills/Qualifications:

* Good PC skills are a MUST.  CRM experience, Word, Excel, Outlook.  Since we are extremely reliant on our CRM solution, good typing skills will be a major help with this position

 

* Energetic attitude and team oriented individual is a must -- we have a great environment and make sure every member is involved, positive, and given an opportunity to excel in their area

 

* Good sales skills, and the ability to establish good rapport with our customers.  Our customers are typically fleet managers or company owners, and we spend a good deal of time managing these valuable relationships
