Account Manager - Sales Professional

Our client is a very stable, growth-oriented, customer-focused leading distributor of the finest products to salons and spa professionals seeks a self-motivated, proven producer and leader for a key position.  The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  Knowledge and experience in the spa and salon industry is required.  You will have the opportunity for a ?ground floor? opportunity with well established 25 year old company.  Compensation structure includes a base plus a liberal commission structure to earn in excess of $90,000 annually.  This position reports directly to the President.

 

Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities:

 Find, contact, and negotiate with potential customers to develop business, create demand, and close opportunities;Create, maintain and execute a successful sales and marketing plan;Successful  sales experience to spa and salon professionals;Initiate and control sales processes with new clients;Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits;Expertise in relationship/consultative sales process
