Precash has an exceptional opportunity for an Account Relationship Manager.  We are looking for someone 
to develop and implement strategies who has great skills at developing and growing major accounts in the service provider and retail markets.  Candidate will work with existing cross functional team members to build lasting relationships with key clients, oversee important operational and implementation projects and take accountability for growing the accounts beyond the initial sale.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBLIITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsible for developing, managing and retaining customer relationships.Assume overall responsibility for the relationship and operational care of assigned customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Provide daily account service over the telephone with frequent personal customer contacts including preparation of periodic customer account reviews conducted in person.Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments in managing the customer relationships.Develop and present account reviews to internal audience including executive staff.Participate on cross functional project teams to ensure accurate implementations.Train customer representatives on business processes and reports.Ability to travel 25% of the time.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years account management experience.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated planning and implementation skills.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, executives, and internal departments.Solid analytical skills.Contract management.Proficiency in MS Office products.
