Account Representative - Law Firm

The role of the Account Representative is to increase revenue, usage and customer preference for Westlaw by providing training support for Account Managers in accounts as needed.

Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers and regional management in achieving regional and divisional goals Assist in developing, marketing, and conducting training classes at customer locations and at West Group training centers Assist in other marketing efforts, including trade shows, topical seminars, and new product releases
4 year college degree or equivalent experience J.D. degree preferred Strong communication, presentation and Westlaw legal research skills Customer service orientation and experience Proficient in MS Office/internet Field Account Management and sales and marketing experience strongly preferred Legal practice experience preferred Previous legal research training preferred Ability to travel occasionally to sales training, meetings and to customer locations
