Your Profile:

?  Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred

?  3-5 Years post graduate experience in either Sales, Sales Management, Marketing or Finance

?  English fluency required, additional languages preferred.

?  Construction industry experience, a plus

?  Excellent planning and time management skills

?  Desire to succeed and work independently

?  Flexible and willing to relocate within North America. 

?  Strong customer orientation

? Able to lead, motivate and coach high performing teams

?  Strong computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills
