Central NJ Ad Agency specializing in Retail and Automotive seeks to grow its sales force and broaden its account base.  Applicant should have previous agency experience, however sales reps with news print, radio, broadcast, outdoor or Internet will be considered.  Salary is commission with a minimum earning potential of $100K+.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the pursuit of new business, develop creative strategy and media plans, negotiate with media reps and vendors, oversee media plans, maintain complete and accurate business records, and communicate with inside account coordinators and billing dept. to ensure accurate client billing.  The agency provides office support, training, systems and procedures, covers in-office expenses.  Send resume in strictest confidence.
