Unitek is looking for qualified Apple Sales Associates that will sell, and manage corporate, entertainment, advertising agencies, and production house accounts in New York and NJ states.  The sales associate should be proficient in sales of Apple, OSX operating system, Xsan, Xserve and Xraid products.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

v  Prospecting for new accounts

v  Cold calling

v  Communicating with headquarters on a daily basis

v  Local travel to potential clients in the territory

v  Attend periodic industry trainings in the territory / online

 

Candidates must possess:

 

v Independent / self motivated mentality

v Fully functional home office

v Knowledge of current Apple hardware & software and how they function

v Knowledge of general sales techniques, and fast learning / research ability

v High School diploma or better

v 2 year minimum experience in related field

v Apple certifications are a major plus



Candidates must be familiar with:

 

v G4 & G5 technology

v Powermac, Powerbook, Ibook, Macbook, iMac, Xsan, Xraid, Xserve

v OSX ? Tiger, Panther, Jaguar

v Familiarity with editing programs like Final Cut, Logic, Pro Tools is a plus
