Associate Account Manager

The position is responsible for providing account management services to a national account. Responsibilities include; analyzing data and preparing proposals, oversight of a wide range of client service issues, analysis and presentation of value proposition to clients, internal reporting and communication on all client issues, and managing and improving our internal processes to provide seamless coverage for this key client.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 years related client service experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

 

The Associate Account Manager will interact with various levels of executives; therefore, candidates must also have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills to include listening and problem solving abilities, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, excellent reporting and client presentation skills, and desire to provide superior customer service. Customer retention skills are of utmost importance. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and contact management software.

 

This position is salary based ($30-$40K) + commission. Once established in the area, there is unlimited earning potential. First year earning potential is $60K - $75K. We will provide Training in Sales, Solutions & Products. Benefits will be offered to full-time employees. This is an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate.
