Aspire Marketing Group is a fast growing Sales & Marketing Company located in Greenwood Village (I:25 & Belleview Ave). We provide Sales Consulting and B2B Telemarketing (Lead Generation and Appointment Setting) Services to companies to help accelerate their sales and revenue growth in the shortest time possible.
If you are motivated and self-driven, with great initiation, sales and closing skills, this may be the perfect position for you. In this high-energy sales position, you will be calling on Business Owners & Senior Executives of small and mid-size companies that have expressed a need for increasing sales.
Leads are provided via our extensive marketing efforts including online and offline marketing and utilization of our own Call Agents. Once you close the business, you will then pass on the client to our Account Management & Operations Team.
This is sales position is 85% Inside Sales (National) and 15% Outside Sales (Denver Market). Ideal person will have a strong personality, great communication skills and superior computer/Internet skills.
Account Executive Job Functions: Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, and especially managing personal time and productivity.Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.Develop new customers through appropriate proposals and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
? Knowledge and experience in telemarketing, cold calling and prospecting.
? Knowledge and experience selling to Business Owners and Senior Executives
? Knowledge and experience with sales planning and pipeline development.
? Skill in negotiating proposals and contracts and in closing deals.
? Skill in analyzing, identifying and recommending solutions to client problems.
? Skill in assessing and understanding a wide variety of businesses and their unique value proposition.
? Expert skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software.
Qualifications:Minimum ten (10) years business-to-business sales experience, including cold calling, and prospecting. Proven track record of closing sales with Business Owners and Senior executives.Outbound call center experience mandatory Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent computer (MS Office) and Internet skills Proven skills in developing and selling new and existing customers Multi-task oriented
