Account Managers:
We are looking for individuals who can identify and build relationships with hiring managers who are in need of consulting services.  This includes following up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers and selling the benefits of working with Oxford. Available tools include our company?s proprietary database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media; and cold calling. You will develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the quality of your client manager database information through client visits, follow-up calls, and correspondence.  This includes selling Oxford?s services; gathering organizational information such as total ?consultant hours? used in the previous year; exchanging market data; assisting managers in defining their needs and advising managers on methods to meet those needs; and differentiating Oxford from its competition.  Our Outside Account Managers are meeting with client managers face to face, thus requiring excellent communication and presentation skills.
