Business Development Account Manager

A great internet marketing company based in Phoenix, AZ, has a Business Development Account Manager position open. m o v e marketing specializes in the new and progressive industry of online advertising and internet search engine optimization (SEO). We are looking for a talented and creative individual to help us with a large and varied book of business. We need someone who has sales skills to recognize, solicit, and negotiate opportunities.

Some daily job duties are as follows:
- Account management of current accounts, including managing receivables and collections.
- Evaluate prospective partners.
- Define partnerships and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Research of partner business, industry, products/services, competition.

The goal is to Sustain, Optimize, and Expand:
To plan, organize, and manage regularly scheduled meetings with Partners and our Search Operations Team to identify opportunities and to modify ads. Team analysis of bidding strategies, budgets, terms and conditions, site performance through functionality and creativity, as required to build, sustain, optimize, and expand campaign momentum, performance, and productivity.

Other requirements:
? We work in a virtual office. The new hire will be expected to work remotely. As a result, the appropriate candidate will be highly self-motivated. The best candidate understands and is comfortable knowing that they will be evaluated strictly on performance.
? The company is relatively small, but growing. Therefore, the appropriate candidate will be comfortable wearing more than one hat.
? The new hire will be expected to have and pay for a high-speed broadband connection. The connection must not restrict VPN access.
