Business Development Manager-Bethesda, MD

SPARKS is the area's largest, privately held human capital management company in MD, DC and Northern VA whose primary business line concentrates on staffing support personnel in office, accounting and professional disciplines. We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to cultivate new accounts in the Bethesda, MD marketplace. Responsibilities include lead generation through cold calling, targeting key prospects, conducting weekly face to face meetings and presenting solutions that provide a meaningful value proposition for our clients.

Business to business sales experience is strongly preferred but the key ingredient is your desire to excel in sales and conduct the necessary weekly activity to ensure a strong performance. We are seeking a person who is self motivated, professional, who desires and accepts mentoring and coaching and strives to be recognized as a top performer.
