Business Development Manager (Senior Sales Executive)
Consultants? Choice Professional Services Group (CPSG) is seeking Senior Sales Leadership in our Dallas and Houston offices for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM). Become a part of a dynamic team pursuing Fortune 1000 Enterprises that are in need of our professional services within the ERP Solutions Practice and Enterprise Applications Practice (Identity Management and Web Services Solutions). Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in positioning and selling Information Technology Professional Services Solutions. The appropriate candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering monthly and quarterly sales numbers in the information technology market. Activities will include lead generation, prospecting, presenting and closing.

As a BDM, your major requirements and responsibilities will include:
? Qualify new opportunities and construct a winning sales strategy to close new business.
? Cold calling techniques to open new accounts with specific solution offerings.
? Ability to overcome objections and close new business.
? Ability to call on C Level Management and establish a relationship with decision makers.
? Consistent performer meeting monthly, quarterly and annual performance numbers.
? Ability to work with partners and develop a proactive go to market plan.
