Business Development Professional

Our company has an exciting new position for an experience Sales / Account  Manager for our Houston  Office. We provide a extensive variety of  document management  services to our financial, legal and corporate clients. 

 

The ideal candidate  will sell our full suite of service offerings, from paper document management through EDD.  This is an exciting opportunity for a successful consultative sales professional with proven track record.

 

This is a business-to-business outside sales role.  The BDAP will call on medium  to large sized law firms and corporate legal departments, to drive new business from prospective clients. This sales professional is responsible for prospecting, outside sales calls, professional presentations, account management, maintaining high standard of customer focus and customer service, and general follow-up interaction.  This position offers professional development, and career advancement opportunities. An existing book of business with local downtown Houston  law firms is a PLUS!

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

?  3+ years outside sales experience

?  Successful track record in consultative sales.

?  Strong prospecting and closing abilities.

?  Experience cold calling and not easily distracted by rejection.

?  Must be tech savvy - focus on using technology to make users? lives simpler.

?  Must be a motivated self-starter, who can work independently.

?  Possess a strong desire to exceed quota.

?  Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical abilities.

?  Excellent listening and follow-through skills.

?  Experience with Microsoft Office, and related software applications

?  Willingness to learn on the job and a desire to constantly  improve.

?  Strong work ethic.

?  Professional appearance and maturity.

? Legal industry background, experience, and knowledge a plus
