We have an immediate opportunity in our Los Angeles, CA territory for:

Business Manager RDD Hospital

Responsibilities:
Represent the full line of divisional product offerings to the Hospital market within the defined territories.
Meet or exceed 100% of the sales goal in the hospital segments.
Effectively manage territory by prioritizing opportunities, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
Utilize leadership skills to ensure the success of Distributor Representatives by building relationships, providing clear objectives, conducting business reviews and product training sessions.
Record daily activities in ETI; utilize data to develop strategies and manage their business across the territory.
Utilize sales analysis tools to understand customer dynamics, identify opportunities and threats and to create action plans to meet sales goals.
Develop relationships with hospital thought leaders and participate in trade association activities to gain market insight.
Understand and execute divisional strategies; provide feedback to the marketing organization to ensure strategies meet market needs.

Requirements:
BS/BA level degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, general business, or clinical studies or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in the healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience analyzing data and translating information into plans.
Market foresight, learning agility and teaming (RI Competencies).
Ability to effectively manage territory by utilizing strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated; ability to work independently in a large territory.
Strong listening and communication skills to develop and foster relationships with Distributor Representatives.
Effectively influence and work with others to accomplish objectives.
50-60% overnight travel required within geographic region, as well as occasionally beyond defined region.
