CORPORATE SALES MANAGER
SUMMARY:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for service, sales, training, and administration associated with 24 Hour Fitness corporate sales in a designated district.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales and Production
? Responsible for setting up appointments and generating new accounts.
? Responsible for meeting territory sales goals set by the Director.
? Developing long term business relationships and partnerships with corporate accounts.
? Developing and promoting high unit volume at corporate onsites and health fairs.
? Working closely with District Managers, club General Managers and Sales Counselors to market the club through community outreach and local public relations efforts, maintaining local media and other advertising avenues.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
? Complete all necessary worksheets associated with account openings in their area.
? Responsible for faxing in Daily Production Reports, future On-Site Schedules and Monthly Game Plans as needed.
? Follow up on Corporate Sales related complaints and challenges in a timely manner.
? Return all phone calls within a 24 hour period.
? All paperwork submitted to the Office Manager must be clear and legible.
? Mange your District, upkeep a list of Corporate clients contact names numbers and renewal dates.
? Develop long term business relationships and partnerships with Corporate Clients.
? Must be familiar with all local competitor facilities, sales, marketing and pricing strategies and shop them regularly.
3. Corporate Training
? Conduct regular District training sessions to provide proper guidance and motivation to achieve Corporate Sales goals.
? Update Club Corporate Binders with current pricing and request forms on a monthly basis.
? Offer more individualized club to club training sessions to drive Corporate Units.
? Attend all applicable Corporate and District meetings and follow through on all policies and procedures and direction given by the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have verifiable sales experience and successful track record.
? Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
? Must have the proven ability to maintain all corporate sales systems developed and implemented by the company.
? Must have the proven ability to train, develop and motivate club level sales.
? Must have the proven ability to drive administrative processes.
? Willingness to travel, work long hours and occasional weekends.
? Must be a self starter, requiring minimal supervision.
? Must have a high level of drive and motivation to achieve maximum compensation.
? Must be highly organized.
? Believes in the benefits of regular exercise and proper nutrition.
? Must have a high level of integrity, honesty, professionalism and an excellent work ethic.
? Must be promotional oriented and have the ability to implement marketing strategies within a client?s company.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CERTIFICATION:
? Experience
? At least 5 years in sales and at least 3 years in business to business development
? A proven track record in high volume sales
? Skills
? Computer literate -- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
? Must have strong and proven interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in order to influence a professional clientele.
? Must possess strong interpersonal, motivational, communication, training and team building skills.
? Education/Certification
? College graduate preferred
? BA in business or related equivalent field experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
? Physical effort required to carry out duties and to visit multiple club locations throughout the Division in which they work.
CONTACT WITH OTHERS:
? Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, General Managers and club level sales staff.
? Contact with members, corporate executives and decision makers.
