We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, service-minded individual to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company as a Channel Partner Account Manager.

The account manager will be actively engaged in meeting client and company service obligations. These obligations will include acting as a liaison and representative of the company with Apartment Management Companies, Realtors, Web Portals, and other assigned Channel Partners. The account manager will strive to increase usage with existing partners, launch new partners according to best practices, and resolve escalated partner issues. The role will require the candidate to possess very strong written and verbal communication skills. Further, the account manager will be responsible for developing and delivering proposals to partners for additional opportunities outside the scope of their initial agreement. The account manager will also be in frequent contact with a broad range of client representatives, and will be expected to interact with an appropriate level of professionalism and technical competence.

Job Qualifications-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.College degree. Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency. 2-5 years work experience in any of the following industries preferred: Real Estate, Multifamily, E-Commerce.
