Channel Sales Account Manager

We have an immediate need for a Channel Sales Account Manager.  TOTAL TRAINING is an industry leader of Adobe software video based training.

The candidate selected will manage and develop established and existing relationships within the US domestic channel and explore new relationship opportunities. Individuals with experience building and growing preferred relationships in the software/technology channel are encouraged to apply.

 

 The Channel Account Manager will: Plan, identify and setup local and nationwide partner plans Manage, drive, motivate and mentor channel partners to achieve objectives Provide metrics and forecasting of revenue targets achieved through successful software attach and Total Training product merchandising efforts. Development, execution, monitoring, and measurement of programs for effective US commercial channel account management and channel merchandising. Work closely with management to develop, implement, monitor and measure channel performance, strategies and plans in support of business objectives Call prospective new resellers to uncover and qualify for established US domestic Channel Partner Programs Articulate Program benefits and requirements to qualified resellers Ensure newly signed CPs follow through on Program commitments and merchandising agreements Manage all aspects of CP account including business development activities, sales order processing, and key Total Training business initiatives as defined by management. Work creatively and effectively to build relationships with key CPs. Attend and promote products at partner tradeshows, seminars and other events.
