Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and leading the Customer Service Department by setting goals and expectations for the Customer Service Supervisor to carry out with Customer Service Representatives.

 

Responsibilities:

? Establishes and maintains an effective relationship with at least one, preferably two levels of management above the primary day to day contacts of the customer service department.

? Develops and presents quarterly quantifiable customer satisfaction indexes

? Develops and tracks quarterly forecast of anticipated service activity requirements from RCI customers (i.e. file/box requests, new adds, record transfers, new box purchases etc.)

? Promotes the adoption of RCI?s web interface for order entry requests by existing clients.

? Promotes new services to existing clients.

? Works with sales representatives in the field for support with processes, procedures and historical information about the company.

? Undertakes trade shows set up and attends with sales representatives as required.

? Pursues new customer sales leads from existing clients and works with the Sales Department for their exploration and development.

? Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Qualifications: College degree, preferred.2 thru 4 years experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
