Client Services Manager - Business Development

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, MDI has branch offices in Birmingham, AL; Columbus, GA; Greenville, SC; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. We are currently searching for a Client Services Manager (CSM).

 

The CSM will report directly to the President of Finance and Accounting Solutions.

 

Essential Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

* Recognize and develop new business by identifying key accounts, meeting with target accounts and selling all business offerings.

* Cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits.

* Produces revenue by generating job orders, clarifying the scope of projects with clients, matching professionals' skill sets with client engagement needs, presenting qualified Professionals to the client and negotiating bill and pay rates.

* The Client Services Account Manager will be responsible for active participation in local networking organizations and events

 

Requirements:

* Eight (8) years of professional experience in Accounting/ Finance or Internal Audit.

* 4-year bachelor degree.

* Big Four or consulting firm experience preferred.

* CPA, MBA, or CIA a plus.

* An extensive professional network in Atlanta is a plus.

* Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate via the telephone and in person.

* A high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles is a must.

* Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop relationships.
