Altair Data Resources is seeking a talented Client Services Specialist who is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, enthusiastic environment.

 

This position will serve as the primary contact for a group of clients.The sucessful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong aptitiude for solving client problems and the ability to effectively serve as the client advocate within the company.


 

Responsibilities will include:Serving as conduit between Sales and Operations departments Acts as business manager -- analyzing results, advising and proactively making recommendations for improvement Building strong relationships with key Clients, internal and external partners Acts as a business consultant in providing recommendations that improve marketing results Effectively manages client billing and related issues Serving as Client Advocate ensuring client requests and orders are documented and executed correctly Prepares account status, including collecting, analyzing and summarizing various types of client information Resolves customer issues by thoroughly researching, documenting and communicating results in a clear, objective way Maintains positive, enthusiastic attitude

 

Ideal candidates will be highly entrepreneurial with strong, positive interpersonal skills and should be able to rapidly establish credibility and relationships with a broad range of individuals. They will posses a wide range of skill sets and experience with a proven history of delivering outstanding results in a metrics-based, time sensitive environment.

 

RequirementsAbility to manage several very complex projects with minimal supervision Work with sales team to assist in developing detailed account plans aimed at winning new business from existing customers Proven ability to engage customers via the telephone (must enjoy talking to customers) Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels within the corporation and within client/vendor organizations Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes Willingness and ability to rapidly learn new skills
 

QualificationsAssociates degree in related field with 5+ years specialized experience; Bachelors degree preferred Demonstrated project management ability Demonstrated success in creative problem resolution Experience in working with sales team to reach collective goals Excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills Experience with any of the following is a PLUS:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Software
Project Management Software (MS Project, etc.)
