Job Description:

 

The Collector is responsible for reviewing and investigating accounts from 0 to 61 days. The Collector must use good persuasive customer services skills to motivate the customer into making payment arrangements that are amicable for both parties.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

? Contact customers by telephone, email, or letter to make payment arrangement on delinquent accounts.

? Maintaining the highest level of professionalism when having discussion with the customers.

? Following the company skip tracing procedures.

? Training/Crossing training other collectors.

 

 

Skills Requirements:

 

Must have a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), excellent customer service, communication, basic math and typing skill.  Collection experience is preferred
