The candidate we seek for this key role will be responsible for providing full life cycle staffing/recruiting services for both management and represented (union) technical, professional and senior level openings.  We'll also rely on you to collaborate with our hiring managers to develop/implement sourcing strategies that utilize both traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.  Other duties include monitoring labor market conditions, negotiating salaries, project management, and implementing affirmative action plans. 


To qualify, we require a bachelor's degree in Business or HR (or equivalent professional experience), plus 5-7 years' strategic recruiting and internal/external talent acquisition experience to include senior level/executive positions.  Proficiency with interviewing techniques and knowledge of nontraditional recruiting methods are also a must, as are exceptional communication skills.
