CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

 

GM Nameplate, Inc., an innovative custom manufacturing company, is searching for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our Seattle Division.

 

GM Nameplate is a premier product identification and electronic input device component manufacturer. We offer our customers the unique ability to provide them with a full range of custom printing, plating, molding, forming and fabrication processes.

 

The role of the Customer Service Manager is to support the divisional goals of the company through actions and direction of the customer service group. The Customer Service Manager will report to and be accountable to the Division President.

 

The Customer Service Manager will provide strong, positive and pro-active leadership to the New Product Managers and the Account Manager Supervisors and be accountable for the overall success of the group.

 

Responsibilities will include creating a culture of exemplary customer service, the overall day to day performance of the team including deliverables, milestones and deadlines, provide direction, support and resources for all direct reports, conduct bi-monthly account reviews with all direct reports and provide backup support to New Product Managers and the Account Manager Supervisors as required.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Prior management or supervisory experience is required. Prior account manager experience is preferred. Experience working with customers in a sales environment is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and systems. Excellent time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in a team environment. Bachelor?s Degree in related field is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
