DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

Looking for the right opportunity with a growing company?  Precious Moments, Inc. is in need of a Director of National Accounts.  This position will effectively manage and drive the national account segment of our sales, including having direct sales responsibility for identified national accounts and overseeing national account representatives and their overall business. 

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Planning and execution of sales strategy for national accounts and assisting with development of overall corporate sales strategy and goalsDay to day leadership of national account staff, including hiring, training and managing account representatives Account planning, revenue forecasting and performance management. Development of new markets and strategic partnerships Building strong relationships with both customers and the sales forceServing as an advocate for customer needs and requests

 

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing national accounts and national account reps in the giftware industry.  A Bachelor?s Degree in business, marketing or a related field is required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong ability to learn other technology tools.  Excellent communication skills are necessary.  Must be able to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment and effectively recruit and lead a National Account Sales Team.  This position must be based out of the Chicago area.  Moderate travel is required.  This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
