Director, Account Management

Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers; and computer-assisted auto damage repair estimating, parts availability, and fee and utilization audits of bodily injury claims for auto accidents and workers' compensation.

-Provides written proposal responses to formal Request For Proposals (RFPs) and other new sales opportunities, client resigns and associated contract negotiations.
-Supports client meetings/sales presentations and product demonstrations.

-Assists in maintaining positive relationships with clients by resolving any service/delivery and/or billing issues.

-Completes assessment and documentation of ongoing product requirements.

-Updates sales activities in the sales tracking system.

-Provides Fulfillment product sales support at industry conferences.



-Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree a plus.

-Minimum of 5 years Financial Services sales experience.

-Ability to provide leadership.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Superior PC skills and the ability to demonstrate ADP's fulfillment technologies.

-Ability to travel approximately 50%.
