Director, Account Management - Investor Communication Division

Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers; and computer-assisted auto damage repair estimating, parts availability, and fee and utilization audits of bodily injury claims for auto accidents and workers' compensation.

-Manages senior level relationships with ADP ICS (Investor Communication Services) and IDS (Investor Distribution Services) broker clients.
-Conducts formal client reviews with each client at least once per year.

-Negotiates contract resigns for ICS and IDS products.

-Identifies and pursues new revenue opportunities for ICS and IDS products and services.



-Bachelor's Degree or previous working experience in the brokerage industry or with ADP preferred.

-Interest and enthusiasm for sales and account management.

-Strong interpersonal skills required.

-Professional appearance and attitude necessary.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-Able to handle multiple tasks and have excellent time management.

-Willingness to travel frequently.
