Director of East Coast Sales


Undertone Networks, an Intercept Interactive company, is seeking an experienced Director of East Coast Sales to be based in our New York office and report to our SVP Sales & Strategic Partnerships. Candidates must have experience with online sales and new business development as well as experience in managing and motivating a team of account executives. Ideal candidates will be extremely well organized, confident and charismatic. Candidates should also be proactive, have a strong rolodex and a proven record of sales success. 

 

 

Position ResponsibilitiesWork with management on developing and executing on the sales strategy Hiring and leading a team of account executives and sales planners assuring that both individual and team goals are met Helping to identify growth opportunities and action plans for client?s online advertising goals Participating in industry events and seminars. Senior member of sales management team responsible for helping guide overall business direction

 

QualificationsExceptional leader with 7-10 years of interactive advertising sales experience with proven track record of success At least 3 years of experience managing a successful sales team is required Active in local advertising community Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance Must have both direct and agency contacts Bachelor's degree
