Position Scope:

Client Manager will report directly to a Vice President and will be tasked with managing a group of key client accounts.  Key job responsibilities include building relationships with key client corporate contacts, developing a client energy plan and gaining client approval, coordination of the energy plan from the customer?s perspective, elevating savings opportunities, and tracking and reporting progress to the client.  Client Manager is the single point of contact for key accounts, responsible for contract renewal and up-selling Summit Energy?s portfolio of services. 

 

Desired Energy Experience:

? Extensive knowledge of the energy industry that includes experience negotiating natural gas and/or power supply contracts on behalf of large industrial and/or commercial end-users, and a proven track record of identifying cost-saving or value generating opportunities

? Energy commodity sales, risk management, and/or DSM experience

 

Key Job Requirements:

? Coordinate the setup and implementation for new clients

? Develop client energy plan, gain client approval/consensus from internal resources

? Coordinate execution of the energy plan and provide regular reports

? Track all energy activity related to clients and pro-actively elevate client savings opportunities, coordinate internal resources to deliver savings, and track progress

? Communicate customer needs to organization for further product/service developments
