Established in 1997, Voices For Health, Inc is proud to be the first language company in Michigan to specialize solely in healthcare!  Our customers - who we serve nationwide - include small clinics, health advocacy groups, universities, government programs and large hospital systems. The ideal candidate will bring in new business; have experience building healthcare client relationships; have strong communication skills; be detail-oriented & energetic; and wants to be challenged.

DEPARTMENT: OUTSIDE SALES


GENERALEstablish new business accounts through networking, referrals, emailing, cold calling, and in-person meetings Prepares and delivers presentations and quotes to prospective client decision-makers Maintain goodwill relationships with newly attained clients Maintain a current database of all clients and prospects Communicate with internal staff daily concerning upcoming projects, client needs and any necessary follow-up activity Gather information about current industry trends, nature of client businesses and needs Undertake other duties as assigned

DESCRIPTIONIdentify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Voices For Health, Inc?s services Promote and educate clients regarding Voices For Health, Inc?s services In coordination with sales management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities Manage client expectations in liaison with the inside VFH team Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures

 

QUALIFICATIONSExperience in medical sales 5+ years of sales experience Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer Fluent foreign language knowledge a plus Ability to travel to potential customer sites within a 100 mile radius of Ionia, MI. A self-starting, proactive, charismatic attitude and ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
