Field Sales and Marketing Representatives

Territory Locations: San Francisco, CA? and New Jersey

Our goal is to enhance the development of readiness skills, encourage a love for reading, and promote family involvement in the learning process.

Our Field Sales and Marketing Representatives are responsible for professionally promoting HighReach Learning products to all relevant childcare providers with the goal of achieving sales growth in their respective territory. Field Reps are responsible to develop and execute territory business plans, coordinate efforts with the home office sales team, and accurately complete account call reports.

We expect our Field Sales and Marketing Representatives to do the following:

?Develop and manage business relationships with customer base focusing on the promotion of HRL products Call on pre-school and childcare environments within the assigned territory Professionally create, maintain and increase sales within the designated territory by favorably influencing the purchasing habits of center decision-makers Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of HRL curriculum and resource materials, as well as features and benefits of key competitive products Customize sales presentations in alignment with the HighReach sales model to overcome the challenges faced in the early childhood environment Provide detailed marketplace feedback to sales and product teams for future program development Represent HRL with integrity and professionalism at all times

We are seeking the following qualities in our candidates:

?Minimum 2+ years experience in business-to-business sales experience Demonstrated experience and success with influencing others and selling skills required Ability to plan, organize and work independently in meeting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database environments Residency must be within designated sales territory Valid driver's license and good driving record Bachelor's degree related area preferred Educational materials sales or teaching experience preferred
