We have an outstanding opportunity to join our company as a Field Territory Manager Trainee in a territory with a great opportunity for growth. The Field Territory Manager Trainee position gives you the opportunity to represent the best quality school portrait products and services in the industry. This is a unique opportunity that will allow the right person an outstanding earnings potential as they learn to grow and manage the business with the Territory Sales Manager and Regional Manager. 

 

This position is responsible for school portrait, yearbook and group photography sales in an assigned territory. You will learn to develop and manage a sales territory including selling, rebooking, operations and provide customer service to our valued school customers.

 

Responsibilities:Develop sales goals and a strategy to drive sales growth and territory profitability. Introduce existing and exciting new products to targeted potential customers. Rebook existing customers and develop strategy to maximize customer satisfaction. Provide outstanding and timely customer service to our school and parent customers. Establish and manage your budget, sales forecast and expense management. Hire, train, develop, mentor and develop your own team of photographers and customer service specialists.

 

Requirements:

The 'right' candidate must be highly motivated to sell and achieve un capped results with a proven track record as a leader, manager and successful business person with 3 to 5 years experience in sales management. Must demonstrate business to business sales and cold calling experience with a resilient personality. Needs to be customer focused, hands on and have the ability to manage multiple tasks resulting in opportunity for outstanding earnings.

 

MUST be relocatable.

 

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if the 'right' candidate meets other requirements.

 

Compensation:

Salary based upon experience with incentives and expense reimbursement
