Overview:

 

The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for program management at the Company?s Global Accounts.  The Global Accounts Manager will influence the development of business plans, key account relationships, and global account strategies.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 Manage customer relationships at a senior management level. Promote and sell company products through direct customer contacts within the designed accounts. Drive programs to attain maximum market share. Establish sales goals and objectives. Develop an accurate customer demand forecast. Track and manage sales opportunities and report status to management. Conduct regularly-scheduled business reviews with Global Accounts at the senior staff level.

 

Specific Qualifications:

 Minimum of seven to ten years of sales management experience in solid-state storage or embedded systems. Previous experience in managing direct and indirect sales organizations. Demonstrated expertise in managing account-specific strategic activities. Familiarity with high speed mass storage interfaces such as ATA, Serial ATA and USB. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, meet goals, and fulfill scheduled commitments. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills. Flexibility to travel 50% of the time.

 

General Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a strong team player. Multi-tasking expertise. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the system to affect an environment of constant improvement.
