Global Account Manager - Kraft - Chicago

This position requires an individual who can lead a sales team focused on growing one of Rockwell Automation's TOP 10 clients. The individual must help drive the strategy & execution of large global Beverage/Brewing programs. Proven influence of selling successful solutions to customer problems is essential (systems, services & products). Coordinated strategies between the customer and our product and services executives is critical. The GAM position creates and implements sales and marketing strategies that will result in significant increases in sales, as well as product & services conversion with our client.

1. Manage & Execute Rockwell Automation activities worldwide to assure consistency of our deliverables to the client Account plans in support of the customer & RA's goals & objectives.

2. Produce the annual growth plan in cooperation with the client, the Global Account Team Leader and appropriate Rockwell Automation products & services businesses.

3. Ensure that the client has access to all RA Executive & Non-Executive resources by establishing excellent working relationships with the product groups/divisions, Sales and Support Group management, International, and senior management. Communication of annual plans and progress reporting on a regular basis is essential.

5. Communicate information to the client regarding Rockwell Automation architecture, new and future products and services as one element contributing to a sustainable competitive leadership position for the client.

6. Participate in client manufacturing, planning, implementation teams to provide control information strategy to help the client become more competitive in the global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering or other related technical field. 7-10 years experience in executive level sales in large organizations. 7-10 years experience in Food Industry.
