Team Manager, Franchises and Restaurants Vertical - New York

This position is based in New York, NY.

Join the country's leading and fastest growing advertising sales organization. Google is seeking a Team Manager to work in our New York office on the Local vertical. The Team Manager's primary responsibility is to lead a strategic accounting team to develop business of 15-30 F1000 accounts in a specified vertical in one or more regions.

Responsibilities:Develop and scale a multi-million dollar revenue business.
Create and execute revenue strategies, account planning and business processes for assigned list of key accounts.
Hire, train and mentor an industry-leading sales and service team to provide consultative marketing solutions to F1000 advertisers.
Establish and nurture C-level relationships with advertisers in your vertical.
Ensure full compliance to Google standards, policies and best practices.
Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google?s products and services.
Travel up to 50%.
Requirements:10+ years progressive experience, in media sales or management consulting.
3+ years management experience.
Strong familiarity with F1000 clients in your vertical/region.
Proven record of relationship building with C-level executives.
Deep cross-functional understanding of media businesses and management.
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team of business development.
BS/BA degree required, preferably from top-tier school.
Exceptional academic experience required; MBA strongly preferred.
