Description:
The successful candidate will:
? Develop market strategies to further penetration within present clients serving to provide Commercial-Off-The-Shelf products via Government Contracts.
? Develop strategic initiatives to achieve sales, gross margin, profit, asset management and share of market goals.
? Promote and facilitate team selling to leverage on established relationships.
? Develop and maintain customer relations.
? Identify and recommend solutions to operational issues.
? Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
? Work closely with finance/credit to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
? Monitor compliance with corporate standards and control.
