Group Sales Account Manager - New York City
Full time position is available in the Group Sales Division reporting to Sales General Manager. Duties: ? Service new and existing portfolio of clients. ? Prepare customized quotes for individualized worldwide itineraries. ? Develop and increase new levels of business with both new and existing clients. ? Arrange for reservations of hotels and all land services (coaches, guides, restaurants) through our network of offices. ? Prepare prices and mark-ups of tour packages for retail and wholesale clients. ? Responsible for coordinating and handling the tour group’s operations and daily inquiries or comments. ? Liaising with local offices and local suppliers via e-mail or phone on a daily basis. ? Development and strategy of new product offerings and destinations to existing customer base.
Requirements ? Minimum 5 -10 Years of Group Sales and Operations experience. ? Extensive travel and product knowledge. ? Presentation and Sales skills and travel required. ? Close attention to detail. ? Demonstrate professional writing skills. ? Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ? Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. ? Willing to work flexible hours. ? Good computer skills.
