Healthcare Account Executive

 

 

US Foodservice looking for experienced and energetic Healthcare Account Executive to:

 

?  Develop positive relationships at all levels of an account by identifying the needs of the customer, utilizing a consultative selling approach.

?  Increase sales and gross profit via penetration of existing accounts, developing new accounts, and ensures contract implementation and compliance.

?  Function as the primary service contact for accounts by meeting customer needs relative to service requirements and product specifications, utilizing available systems and effectively managing the existing operations support structure.

?  Responsible for a business plan, including development of an annual business plan and account strategies, accumulating and communicating business trends and competitive information, effectively managing and understanding all business reports and maintenance of a home office.

?  Maximizes account profitability by ensuring compliance to agreed upon pricing and account receivable terms, managing inventory investment, and selling a favorable product mix.

?  Supports and actively promotes division and corporate marketing objectives.  Also provides ongoing market and customer input to marketing personnel.

?  Position requires face-to-face calls to customers. Maintain a positive relationship with customers.  Investigates and resolves customer problems.  The account manager must be available to their customers at the customer?s convenience.

?  Prepares business reports, develops and maintains positive relations with purchasing personnel, enters data into computer and generates reports.

 

Job Requirements:

 

?  Experience with foodservice sales.  Healthcare knowledge a preferred.

?  Basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.

?  Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.

?  Good organization skills. Detail orientated.

?  Must be a self starter, self-motivated and disciplined for an environment distant from the local facility.

?  Must maintain a valid driver?s license.
