InformationTechnology Account Managers – Outside Sales

PKA Technologies is an exclusive HP Enterprise reseller located in Suffern, NY, 30 minutes from NYC and just 3 miles from the northern New Jersey border. Specializing in OpenView, VMWARE, Veritas and Oracle Solutions, we provide the next generation of  UNIX, LINUX, WINTEL and OVMS network servers as well as Enterprise SAN and NAS storage.

 

PKA Technologies is searching for (4) top notch Account Managers (all new positions due to growth) to join our Sales Teams. These opportunities include base + commission + Travel/Car expenses and full benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
PKA is looking for experienced, confident, highly productive Account Managers to sell HP Enterprise products and services. The successful candidate will through networking, self-prospecting, industry referrals and internal leads, be positioned to exceed monthly sales objectives. Through ?consultative selling? the Account Manager will analyze customer needs, make winning presentations, present business solutions, and close business. Keys to success will include sourcing and finding new business, and through outstanding customer service and industry knowledge, retain and grow PKA's existing customer base.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 3-4 years of successful B2B outside sales experience
2. In-depth knowledge of HP Enterprise Server & Storage Products

3. Experience selling HP UNIX, Sun Solaris and OpenView is desirable

4. System Upgrades and Networking equipment

5. Service contracts, consulting and support services

6. Excellent presentation and communications skills and closing experience

7. You should be entrepreneurial and motivated with 'Hunter' ability
8. Excellent organizational change, time management and analytical skills
9. Top performer in a previous sales position

DESIRABLE SKILLS

1. University degree in Marketing/Business Management or related area
2. Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and leadership skills
