Inside Account Manager-Maitland, FL

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for an Inside Account Manager for the Maitland, FL territory.? The purpose of this position is to:

???????? Manage existing customer accounts with an emphasis to drive increased penetration and sales over the internet and phone?

???????? Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution

???????? Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact primarily over the phone with on site visits as needed to drive sales

???????? Review customer purchases and recommend purchase saving opportunities

???????? Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals

???????? Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality

?

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree preferred and at least one year sales and customer service experience penetrating and maintaining accounts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Proven ability to acquire orders
Computer literate including MS Outlook and internet usage a must
