Inside Sales

Account Manager/Inside Sales- Industry leader in the distribution of wire and cable around the world is seeking an aggressive individual to help grow the Rocky Mountain Region.  Candidate would need excellent communication and negotiating skills in order to sell a commodity item in rapidly changing market conditions.  All sales are business-to-business, in a fast-paced environment and negotiated on the spot based on market prices.  Candidate must be able to think and act quickly, and absorb new information rapidly. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity to get hands on sales experience selling a product to customers that have a direct and immediate need.  Every conversation has a direct impact on your sales with immediate results.  Strong relationship building is the key to success. 

 

Responsibilities would include: 

 Manage existing customer base by pricing day-to-day business and large regional jobs (mines, oil fields, new building construction).Grow assigned territory through phone contact, travel, and company marketing department.Work closely with corporate marketing department to get Omni Cable more exposure in market place.Light travel to call on accounts.
