Ajilon Office, in partnership with our client located in Poway, is seeking a Junior Account Manager with one to two years of experience.

Must have a proven track record of success in building customer relationships through a structured and measurable sales process. Should show verifiable evidence of having consistently achieved and/or exceeded measurable sales goals based on established corporate objectives. Must be able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.

Daily responsibilities include:
60-70% Outbound phone calls to existing clients to upgrade their service and/or update their file
25% Order Writing
5% follow up on orders

100% outbound calls to current clients

This position includes a two week training program, and opportunities for advancement into project management or sales. Total compensation will be a base rate of $13/hour, with additional bonuses based on performance. This position is a ground floor opportunity with an exellent company, and will offer career advancement for proven performers.

Salary/Pay Rate: $13/hour plus monthly bonus
