Job Overview:
Business in the Consumer Electronics field is rapidly changing and growing. The goal of Necessities is to have every customer satisfied with the personal attention he receives. The applicant is expected to build strong lasting relationships with our present and future customers. The applicant will be working as part of a management team. Time will be divided between office and warehouse duties.
Skills required:
Must posses the necessary skills to manage existing customers while expanding relationships with potential customers. Have the ability to work with a broad variety of personalities including, but not limited to: owner operators, installers, and officers of publicly traded companies.Posses an outgoing diplomatic personality.Strong organizational skillsKnowledge of MS Office with mastery of Excel and Word.Knowledge of Quick Books Pro, ACTAbility to operate warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, pallet jacks and packaging equipment.Must have the ability to lift and move 100 pound boxes.Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record,Must pass be able to pass a background and drug test.Must provide references.
Job functions:
Provide telephone technical support including researching products and problem solving.Responsible for inside sales and customer support. Supervise the shipping and receiving department.Oversee Inventory controlMust be able to travel to company paid sales and training events.
Workplace:
55% office 45% warehouse 5% outside
Experience:
Experience in CEDIA Installed home entertainment systems sales and or installations preferred. IT and communications experience will translate to our industry. Knowledge of the building trades is a plus.
Salary:
A competitive base salary is provided with monthly incentives and commission based on sales growth.
