Position- Internal Agri Rep

 Position Summary

Heartland Hybrids, a division of Landec Ag, has an immediate opening for an internal Agri-Rep.The Internal Agri Rep is responsible for all sales activities in regards to selling and servicing assigned customer accounts. Internal Agri Rep reports to the Sale Manager.

 

 

 

Primary Job DutiesContact farmer clients via telephone to identify needs and develop customized seed recommendations for farmer clients across the U.S. using solution selling techniques. Update and maintain customer & prospect database information.Ensure clients receive marketing and product literature upon requestAnswer client questions pertaining to Heartland Hybrids products and programsFollow up with clients throughout the year to ensure customer satisfactionAdhere to the policy manual and authority sign off levels for the Internal Agri Rep position

 

 

 

Qualifications2+years Agricultural sales experienceGeneral knowledge of the Agricultural Industry CCA certified or willingness to become CCA certifiedGood work ethics (honesty, integrity, reliability, etc)Customer Service orientedGeneral Computer skills, especially in Microsoft productsTelephone courtesy skillsAvailable for Limited travel Team PlayerMust be willing to work Saturday?s and evenings as deemed necessary
