As a result, we are continually seeking persons who share the Promethean vision and desire an opportunity to enrich, enhance, and inspire the teaching and learning process.  Currently, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to join the company in the position of Inside Sales Support.  We offer competitive salary, benefits, and a generous holiday/paid time off program.  This position will be responsible for supporting Area Sales Managers and Resellers of company products and services within assigned geographical areas.  The following function is specific activities that will be a part of Inside Sales Support responsibilities:* Receive and answer incoming telephone calls of the geographic territory *Follow up with Customers to ensure that delivery and implementation of collaborative classroom solution meets their needs and educational guidelines.*Ensure customer database is up to date and details accurate customer client information, product and opportunities*Process purchase orders, verification of pricing, shipping and quantity requirements.  The Inside Sales Support Rep. willhave to be competent in: *Customer Focus*Communicating Effectively*Planning & Organizing*Attention to Detail*Contributing to Team Success.
