BMX Powersports has 2 immediate openings for inside commissioned sales positions in our Dallas sales office located at 13401 Denton Drive, Farmers Branch, TX  75234.

As an inside sales person you will contact by telephone assigned motorcycle dealers about our motorcycles, atvs and dirt bikes.  You will mail, email and call these assigned dealers weekly.  With these dealers, you will be setting prices, taking both incoming and outgoing calls and writing sales orders in the range of $1,000.00 to $50,000 per order.  Their is also an opportunity to go to trade shows several times per year including Las Vegas and Indianapolis.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated track record of success, excellent communication skills, and work cooperatively and contribute to a high performing team environment. Must be tenacious, creative, and have a hunger for overcoming obstacles and accomplishing goals. Maintain or exceed 100% of assigned quotas.

HOURS/WEEK: Forty hours per week; Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

This is an base + commission position.  Base of $500.00 (based on 40 hours) plus the commission which is limitless. Currently, employees at top pay earn $1,300.00 per week. Individual performance may result in additional earnings potential. 1,000.00 is the average weekly earnings in June and of course the Christmas selling season is coming when $2,000 and $3000/weeks are common. Job Qualifications:

- College preferred. High School Diploma required.
- Minimum one year previous inside/outside sales experience and closing skills
- Ability to type a plus
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet is a must.
- Knowledge of Order Entry processes and procedures
- Experience in working to meet and exceed sales quotas
- THE ABILITY TO BE ON THE PHONES COMFORTABLY UP TO 80% OF THE TIME.If you cannot do this, please do not apply for this job.

Candidates must have one consecutive year of successful sales experience and/or 48 college credit hours. NOTE: Experience must be within the last five years.
