Join our team as an Internal Growth Manager.  The Internal Growth Manager will be responsible for training and supervising a team of highly motivated Customer Service Representatives.  The Internal Growth Manager will build and maintain customer relationships, work to increase existing rental and catalog sales and will also diligently work to transition sales leads into new sales business.  The Internal Growth Manager will also work to increase morale within the sales force.

 

Qualifications:4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fieldPrevious sales and/or service experience in a uniform rental industry a plusStrong analytical, problem solving and customer service skillsAbility to establish rapport with a diverse group of business contactsMotivation to succeed and finalize sales opportunitiesExperience in training, managing, directing and motivating Sales RepresentativesSafe Driving RecordClean Driving Record (DMV Check)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
