International Sales Operations Coordinator

DC Shoes, the industry leader in action sports footwear and apparel is currently looking for an experienced International Sales Operations Coordinator to join our International sales support team.

 

Job Summary:

Provide customer service to subsidiary and international accounts.  Coordinate and maintain operational functions necessary to drive sales revenue. Support the International Sales operations Manager in generating sales reports. Monitor order file by being proactive with sales reps and customers to resolve product availability and credit issues and ensure maximum on-time product delivery.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

--Responsible for maximizing and managing subsidiary order file.

--Analyze and distribute weekly analysis reports on the order file

--Coordinate new account set-up process and order entry

--Ensure product ships in a timely manner

--Ability to problem solve and be proactive with customer issues

--Ability to facilitate interdepartmental communications.

 

Job Requirements:

--Excellent time management skills

--Organized and detail oriented

--Reporting environment experience

--Excellent written and verbal communication

--Excellent customer service

--Computer skills (MS office)

--Knowledge of Navision and AS400 preferred
