JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Our client, a Global leader in Financial Services, is expanding it's Healthcare Lending Division in Westchester County, NY. They are seeking experienced & professional inside sales individuals from the Banking, Computer, Equipment or Leasing industries. Experience in flexible equipment finance solutions a plus.

 

In this role, You will be the primary business contact, responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with an assigned portfolio of vendors, sales representatives and end-users within a specific territory. You will take charge of the process, utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills, 'can-do' attitude and knowledge to lead you to success.  Are you ready to make things happen?

Position reports to the AVP Team Leader/Sales Manager.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

 Coordinate the flow of small ticket leases (under 250K) to assure options meet the customer?s needs. This includes structuring and pricing solutions as within established guidelines.

 Partner with vendors to provide optimum financing solutions that meet their customer?s needs for more complex leasing deals, potentially up to 5MM.

 Work with internal teams (Credit, Account Services, Asset Management) to assure that business is transacted according to established guidelines and also meets the needs of customers.

 Meet and exceed all calling efforts as defined by Sales Management; respond to new and existing customers interested in restructure of leasing arrangements or seeking new financing opportunities.

 

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary of $40,000 - $60,000. plus Bonus.

Bonus could earn you an additional $20,000. based on targeted sales volume attained compared to budget.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience (2-5 years)Demonstrated ability to sell and maximize existing business Leasing Experience preferred Experience in Healthcare strongly preferred but not required Goal Orientation & demonstrated drive for results Relationship-Building skills Customer service orientation Excellent listening and verbal communication skills Proficiency with financial calculator, T-Value, or Microsoft Excel
